Bruce Kelsey is an expert in state-of-the-art hearing device technology.
With over 25 years Audiology experience working in Tasmania, Queensland and the Northern Territory before settling in Sydney, Bruce specialises in fitting hearing aids and bringing the latest in hearing device technology to Australia. As a director of The Independent Hearing Centre, Bruce has created a state-of-the-art hearing centre, delivering world-class hearing solutions. With a personal interest in hearing aids, Bruce is our in-house hearing aid analyst. He asks the difficult questions, interrogating the hearing aid suppliers on the evidence to support their claims and then finding out for himself if they can be substantiated.
Vanessa Baillie specialises in diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology.
A founding member of the Independent Hearing Centre and previous director of St Vincent’s Hearing & Balance Centre, Vanessa has over 20 years working in Audiology, including 18 months in the Northern Territory. Vanessa heads the team as a Clinic Director, bringing the benefits of her significant experience in diagnosis and rehabilitation to each of our clients’ personal hearing solutions. With expertise in hearing aids, cochlear implants and diagnostic audiology Vanessa guides her clients to optimise their hearing health outcomes.
Kim Neville has extensive experience in all areas of Audiology.
Kim has been an Audiologist in Australia for over 20 years. Early in her career Kim worked in New Zealand but since then her experience ranges from working with suppliers of Audiology products to working closely with ENT specialists in Sydney. Kim has a wide range of expertise in hearing aid technology and cochlear implants. She is known for building a warm rapport with her clients and taking the time to find solutions to suit their particular needs.
